Pre-season ski workout: Drunken Sailor

Is getting cold!! Are you ready for this upcoming winter season? Discover some good drills with: Pre-season ski workout: Skating with Greg! Pre-season ski workout: Drunken Sailor In this video, mostly you see a drill called “drunken sailor.” A nice thing about watching it on roller blades is you can really see the tipping, the angles, that my feet make. Here is a little bit of “crabwalk.” Drunken Sailor and crabwalk are really good for your coordination with your foot tipping and keeping your balance. It’s nice to start of like on this sidewalk in a flat park and then, after you progress, if you can get so that you can do it on hill, that will feel even more like skiing.
